We appreciate all our clients and value your time. Your appointment is time we’ve set aside for you. Last minute rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows harm our business. The late nature of these actions often result in your time slot going unfilled, which means lost wages for us that day.

Card on file: A card must be put on file for all new clients, and to further book certain services. All personal information is encrypted in our scheduling system for security purposes.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling and cancelling appointments must be done at least 48 hours in advance. This is so we have time to fill your time slot. If less than 48 hours is given, 50% of your total service cost will automatically be charged to your card.

No-Show: If you don’t show up for your appointment and don’t give any notice. 50% of your total service cost will automatically be charged to your card. A second offense will result in 100% of your total service cost being charged, and you will not be allowed to rebook.
